When a reservation for meeting rooms may be started?

A

A reservation for meeting rooms shall take place one year before the using date, however, please be aware that there may be a case which meeting rooms may not be reserved for terms of large-sized events

What time the meeting rooms are available?

A

6:00 – 24:00

The meeting rooms can be used for a social party?

A

Yes, such party plan may be advisable.

What kind of events are suitable for use the room?

A

Mainly for the office/company meetings, seminars, academic meetings, and lectures.

Is it possible to examine preliminary?

A

Yes, please have a contact for us to check vacancies for the preliminary examination.

Is it possible to reserve tentatively?

A

Yes, its term will be for a week. However, no tentative reservation for a case which is less than 3weeks until the using date.

Are there any price packages?

A

A package plan including room fee, using equipment, coffee and lunch is available.

How are ways of payment?

A

Please pay the room fee within a month after the application form is presented or by 2weeks before the reserved date. The payment may be though bank transfer or credit card.

Is it possible to pay by credit card?

A

VISA/MASTER/JCB/AMEX/Union Pay may be used for GMO, prepayment. For remained fee, the front reception will accept DINERS/DISCOVER as well other than the above credit cards on the using date.

How much is a cancel fee?

A

A cancellation after the determination shall be subjected to pay a cancel fee. Please refer to using policy for details.

How to get to the place by using public transportation?

A

It is directly connected from Exit C6a in Tokyo-Metro Otemachi station. Or, it is about 12minutes walk from JR Tokyo-station.

Any parking space are available?

A

Yes, they are available for 24hours a day for JPY400/30min.

What is a vehicle limitation?

A

Height: 3m, Width: 1.9m, Length: 5.25m

Yes, they may be handled.

Yes, the facility offers a free Wi-Fi.

Yes, they will be available based on budget and/or request.

Food/drink can be carried-in?

A

No, they cannot be carried-in as to prevent food sanitation hazards. Please make an order to the facility. within a month after the application form is presented or by 2weeks before the reserved date.
